PLAN COMMISSION MONTHLY MEETING
Thursday, October 28, 2021
The Town of Union Plan Commission monthly meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021. The agenda is as follows:
1. Review and approval of August 26, 2021 Minutes
2. Public comment (5 minutes max. per issue)
3. Public Hearing: Request by Cavalier Village Mobile Home Park, 10808 N. Hwy. 14 to add property to the existing ~5 acre parcel (6-20-64.1) to address illegal encroachment issues. Request is to add 0.2 acres from parcel 6-20-78.2 and 0.84 acres from parcel 6-20-78.
4. Discussion: Updates to Comprehensive Plan
NOTE: There may be a quorum of Town Board members present; however no Town Board business will be discussed nor decisions related to such business made.
