    TOWN BOARD MONTHLY MEETING
    Tuesday, June 8, 2021

    Notice is hereby given that the Town of Union Monthly Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Union Town Hall, 15531 W. Green Bay Rd., Evansville, WI. The agenda is as follows:

    1. Call to Order 
    2. Clerk's Minutes (May 13, 2021) 
    3. Treasurer Report 
    4. Building Inspector Report 
    5. Clerk Update 
    6. Recycling Center Update 
    7. Fire District Updates 
    8. Public Comment (5 min max per item, no action will be taken on any issues) 
    9. Request for Approval of Senior Project – Little Free Libraries at Town Parks & Hall 
    10. Public Hearing: Adoption of Code of Ordinances Chapter 10, Section 10.40, An Ordinance  to Designate All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) Routes and  Regulate ATV/UTV Operation Within the Town of Union, Rock County, Wisconsin 
    11. Discussion/Board Action: Increasing Size of Town Board to Five Members
    12. Discussion: Broadband Grant/ARPA Funds 
    13. Board Action: Review and Approval of 2021-2022 Alcohol Beverage License Applications
    14. Board Action: Review and Approval of 2021-2022 Cigarette and Tobacco Products Retail  Licenses 
    15. Board Action: Review and Approval of 2021-2022 Operator Licenses
    16. Board Action: Review and Approval of 2021-2022 Mobile Home Park Licenses

    NOTE: There may be a quorum of Plan Commission members present; however no Plan Commission business will be discussed nor decisions related to such business made.
