    TOWN OF UNION
    MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING
    Thursday, May 13, 2021

    Notice is hereby given that the Town of Union Monthly Board meeting will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Union Town Hall, 15531 W. Green Bay Rd., Evansville, WI. The agenda is as follows:

    1. Call to Order
    2. Clerk's Minutes (April 7 & 20, 2021 & March 11, 2021)
    3. Treasurer's report
    4. Building Inspector's report
    5. Municipal Building
    6. Clerk Update
    7. Recycling Center Update
    8. Brooklyn Fire District Update
    9. Public Comment (5 min max per item, no action will be taken on any issues)
    10. Public Hearing: Request by Gene & Carol Prudhon, 245 Clifton St., Evansville, WI for a land division and zoning change. The applicants request the division of approximately 11.8 acres from the existing 80 acre parcel 6-20-253, located at 6837 N. Pleasant Prairie Rd. in the NE ¼, of Section 31 to create a lot for residential use. The 11.8 acre parcel would be rezoned A2, the parent parcel would retain A1 zoning.
    11. Public Hearing: Changes to Resolution 2006-06, Adoption of Permit & Application Fees & Per Diem
    12. Public Hearing: Adoption of Resolution 2021-01, Approval and Authorization of Application to the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands, State of Wisconsin for Loan from the Trust Funds of the State of Wisconsin
    13. Board Action: Appointment of Park Board Members
    14. Discussion: Single Use Roads
    15. Discussion: Permits & Fees for Street Openings, Fiber Optics Installations, etc.

    NOTE: There may be a quorum of Plan Commission members present; however no Plan Commission business will be discussed nor decisions related to such business made.
